I visited this store today and i ordered footlong veggi patty.when i was trying to pay by my subway app but it wasn’t going through so i asked that guy and he helped me even though it was busy time.

The most rudest person I have met in this place was the person serving the food. He seemed bothered that I was there. I am in the service industry for 30 years this attitude would never fly. I guess the owners don't care?

I ordered online and the staff working is there completed pathetic. First no greeting no smile nothing. Another thing I was wearing a safety vest and gave me a judgy look. Next whatever I ordered wasn’t that expected, was bad. This store needs to Work on their staff !

Tucked away on the main street of Stouffville, this sandwich shop is a great find for anyone in the mood for a quick, tasty sub. Being part of a well-known chain, they frequently roll out new promotions and menu items, which keeps things exciting. Plus, you absolutely can't miss out on their delicious cookies!
There aren't many other sub places in Stouffville. Today, I tried their new Crispy Cubano sub, and it was quite good. While it may not have been the best sub I've ever had, it's hard to go wrong with their novelty offerings. If you find yourself in Stouffville with a sub craving, this is definitely the place to go.
Parking: Free Parking lot with at least 12 spots so there is never a problem to find parking.

Management needs to have more people working here. One person working during the lunch rush. The line is out the door and pickup orders keep rolling in. I had to wait 20 min just to order. The employee was very kind and did a good job but the fact that management is making their customers wait so long and putting all this work onto one employee is absolutely ridiculous.

Everytime I order from this subway whether in person or online, if I get the great Canadian club, I get shorted deli meats. This time I ordered online and got 5 turkey and 4 ham....it's supposed to be 6 and 6! This happened to me in person as well but I caught them and corrected them. Needless to say I won't be going here again, will just go to firehouse where they aren't cheap with the meat.

"Eat fresh" I don't think that is the slogan for Subway anymore, at least not at this location. Lettuce was rotted, tomatoes were no good and I had to ask for them to change it and take it out of my sandwich. Gave a hard time to put extra toppings because "they are not allowed" according to the employee. In the end, I did get what I wanted, in terms of toppings. Due to the customer service and freshness at this location, I won't be going back. I do enjoy eating at Subway, I will continue to eat it, just not from the one on Main Street in Stouffville. My two star rating is very deserving.
