"Eat fresh" I don't think that is the slogan for Subway anymore, at least not at this location. Lettuce was rotted, tomatoes were no good and I had to ask for them to change it and take it out of my sandwich. Gave a hard time to put extra toppings because "they are not allowed" according to the employee. In the end, I did get what I wanted, in terms of toppings. Due to the customer service and freshness at this location, I won't be going back. I do enjoy eating at Subway, I will continue to eat it, just not from the one on Main Street in Stouffville. My two star rating is very deserving.

I have no problem with the food but only the difficulties and complication to get help from anyone to get my reward points on my online order. I placed an order to pick up from Markham restaurant (9830 Markham Road, Markham) and was not issued receipt. I did have an email order confirmation but it did not have the Store Number, the TERM ID information that required to be input online for the missing points. I called the restaurant and the staff provided me the number but not what the same format the online form required. Therefore it is wasting my time. As well, the restaurant did not know about the TERM ID from the Receipt. Without my receipt on my order, how I can submit the claim for missing points? SUBWAY Management, you advise me please? I hope there is a guest service phone number like McDonalds offer to customer to reach out for assistance from Subway, but, this is non existence and not available at all. Please advise me, should I go to the store just to ask for the receipt? This is too much of a pain as the driving time is not what anyone would think wise to do it if they can simply provide the information on the phone. SUBWAY is really weak in the customer servicing and not easy for customer to reach out for asssistance.

I have been going to this location for the past few years. Never been disappointed with the quality of service. Employees always greets with a smile on their face. Fresh veggies and toppings. They go out of their way to help accommodate with any requests. This time I ordered the new Mozzarella Bella sandwich. The Mozzarella cheese is fresh and melts in your mouth. Good price for the amount of toppings on the sandwich.
