The service from the place is just horrible, or I should say no service at all. I had been standing at the front counter for more than 10 mins , and no body came say a word, the server saw me, but she chose to ignore me. Well done, so I decided to go to Chuck’s RoadHouse, it’s way better service there.

Stacy was the best waiter. her service was really friendly and perfect. atmosphere was attractive. I liked the taste of the food and enjoyed the peace and lovely environment there. I highly recommend it for a delicious dinner in a family and friendly environment.

VERY disappointing. They advertise that they close at 10 PM on Google maps as well as the front door of the restaurant. Sure enough we showed up at 9 o’clock and it was closed. The staff told us only Harvey’s is open till 10 but it does not advertise anything about Harvey’s on Google maps. We really wanted Swiss Chalet so we ended up ordering takeout through the Harvey’s window and eating in the Harvey’s side of the restaurant. Terrible false advertising.

I have been a regular at the Swiss Chalet in Stouffville for some time now, mainly because my kids enjoy the chicken and fries. However, the past few visits have been incredibly disappointing. The tables are consistently dirty and sticky, and this has been the case since day one. Despite informing the manager numerous times, no improvements have been made to the cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s frustrating that such a simple issue continues to be overlooked. Sadly, I don’t think we will be returning. Very disappointing.

Swiss Chalet was the first restaurant we went to after going into hibernation following the arrival of my son. That was 9 years ago and we haven't been back in several years so we decided to go back for the kids eat free promotion. Food is still the same - average to above average. The highlight was Stacey's service - she is an excellent server, pleasant and remembered that my son doesn't use the plum sauce that comes with his chicken tenders kids meal. If you visit this location, ask to be seated in Stacey's section.

It was an average experience, and service was quite slow as our server had many tables to attend to. It was quite busy for a wedneday evening, probably due to the fact there is a kids eat free promo right now. Even though she was very busy, I could tell she was doing the best she could to be as attentive as possible. But It seems like they are quite understaffed, and this most certainly affected our overall experience here.
The food is average, the quarter chicken's portion was actually quite small compared to precious visits. Not sure if I would return.

My friend takes me for dinner here whenever I go visit her and the waitresses are so friendly. We always enjoy whatever we order and use our coup ons whenever they are available.

The service has been absolutely horrid the last couple times we went.
Server got our orders wrong, charged the incorrect prices and not once did she check on us during our meal. I had to go get my own waters at the bar.
There wasn't even a dinner rush.
I will not return to this location for dining service again. Which is a shame because my kids enjoy their food.

Service tonight by Lauren was excellent. She knew everyone’s order and we were many! Unfortunately I can’t say the same about another server who I’m told abruptly told members of our party to stay away from the aisles before we got there. Boo! Not professional at all. He was an older Caucasian guy. Very rude!
Chicken was a bit dry but just a bit. But that may be the same for most Swiss chalets now
Parking: Lots of parking beside restaurant.

I have been here many times but felt the need to write a review about the customer service provided by Athien. Came on the Father’s Day weekend and my group expected it to be busy but Athien was so kind, prompt and courteous which made our dining experience exceptional.
The food and service here is always really good but the service provided by Athien last night deserved to be recognized :)
