Hello and Thank You for a Wonderful late lunch I had with my Mom, who’s 88 young. We are pretty much life time customers of Swiss Chalet lol Yesterday we were served by an Incredible Young Man! He was so courteous, warm, friendly, helpful and professional! He is what customer service is all about. Something I really haven’t seen in a long time and being a former business owner I know what it is to look after a customer. The food was excellent but the service was absolutely outstanding! Please recognize this amazing employee, Athiyan! He has a bright future ahead of him! 👏👏👏

On Sat Oct 4th my brother got married and the caterer was a no show. So we had to scramble to feed 60 guests in a hurry. The staff at stouffville restaurant were so amazing preparing and getting the food ready in such a short time. Just wanted to thank you for such an efficient service to the management and staff working that day.
