The service from the place is just horrible, or I should say no service at all. I had been standing at the front counter for more than 10 mins , and no body came say a word, the server saw me, but she chose to ignore me. Well done, so I decided to go to Chuck’s RoadHouse, it’s way better service there.

VERY disappointing. They advertise that they close at 10 PM on Google maps as well as the front door of the restaurant. Sure enough we showed up at 9 o’clock and it was closed. The staff told us only Harvey’s is open till 10 but it does not advertise anything about Harvey’s on Google maps. We really wanted Swiss Chalet so we ended up ordering takeout through the Harvey’s window and eating in the Harvey’s side of the restaurant. Terrible false advertising.

I have been a regular at the Swiss Chalet in Stouffville for some time now, mainly because my kids enjoy the chicken and fries. However, the past few visits have been incredibly disappointing. The tables are consistently dirty and sticky, and this has been the case since day one. Despite informing the manager numerous times, no improvements have been made to the cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s frustrating that such a simple issue continues to be overlooked. Sadly, I don’t think we will be returning. Very disappointing.
