Tonight, my friend Gary and I ordered double leg dinner an heordered ribs an chicken; when the food came it was light an undercooked; an Gary's ribs had no taste ; my chicken taste terrible Mystomach hurt afterwards an so did my friends , we felt ill; we are both in our 6o's so I do not have any reason as such. To criticize; I'M not going back ; after spending 65.00 " money doesn't grow on the trees" and neither does. Our "Health" Disappointed! Rose

Delivery driver was extremely violent and aggressive at my door. He made us feel very unsafe. Do not get delivery by this location. We could not believe that the store hired someone like this. They should do criminal background checks on delivery drivers before hiring them. Looks like they don’t do criminal background checks because this delivery driver was extremely aggressive and intimidated us. Awful delivery experience.

I usually can count on them to offer the best value, but this time I was disappointed in the chicken leg I got. It was overcooked on one end, as if it was in a heated holder for a little too long. The really good thing about the Stouffville location is they always have fantastic staff. A big shout out to them for they are the heart blood of the place.

Had the loveliest & most jovial lady serve us the Thanksgiving special that included cranberry jelly, aromatic stuffing and a big piece of delicious pumpkin pie. She “mothered” us in the nicest way possible. While this was our first time to this branch of the Swiss Chalet in Stouffville, it was not our first to this Canadian institution. For us it was a trip down memory lane since our last visit more than thirty years ago when we were university students in Canada. After all these years, the food is still as tasty, chicken still as moist, of excellent quality & value and memorable! What a blessing! Just loved it!

What made it special today was the great service received from Yulia: attentive, pleasant, helpful, personable. Our Server, Waseem was extremely diligent and attentive to our needs (better than most servers I’ve experienced). Food was delicious and servings seemed larger than other restaurants. Noisy neighbours but thats no fault of the restaurant.Parking: Decent amount of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome
