I went to tim hortons at main street stouffville and order hot chai latte at 10:20 and ask gor well stir, even though after telling cashier didnt inform coffee maker. Moreover drink maker havnt stir and given to me until i saw and ask him to stir but still didnt stir well. It clearly means employees are not watching videos properly because iam also use to work in tims and hot chai latte should be stir well to get actual taste for chai latte.

before the tims got renovated, it was amazing. but after the renovation and they hired all new people, my order is ALWAYS wrong. i went inside once after getting a wrong order in the drive thru and they don’t even correct it and give it back, instead they’re speaking in their language about me giving me the side eye. this is probably become the worst tim’s i’ve ever went to. 0/10 i actually would rather drive to the walmart plaza tim’s or the one on stouffville/woodbine than go back here ever again.

Every time I order a BLT with extra bacon I never get the extra bacon! They don’t cover the apple fritters with icing on the top and bottom just one side! Too much cream or not enough! They expect you to follow their arm waving around in the window trying to catch the coffee that they should be placing in your hand! They don’t have some words in their vocabulary like hello, please, thank you, you’re welcome, goodbye and sorry when they screw up your order!
Nothing speaks stronger to an owner of business when they see less money on a regular basis and I noticed that the lines are getting shorter at this Tim’s and longer at the mall 2 minutes away where I am getting my coffee now!

Very unhappy this morning! I stop by every morning to get my tea but, for the last 2 mornings, I’m very unhappy with the service. Staff are not taking the time to make sure that the orders are correct. my tea was full of cream, coffee was incorrect. Have no time to go back because of my work. Please stop talking to each other and pay attention to what you doing. Its very frustrating!

This establishment is not a Tim Hortons, and it's painfully obvious they are completely unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. On July 12, 2025 at 6:15 PM, the manager on duty displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. I was stuck in the drive-thru line behind one customer for nearly 15 minutes—an unacceptable delay that could've easily been resolved by asking the customer to pull forward while their issue was handled separately.
