This establishment is not a Tim Hortons, and it's painfully obvious they are completely unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. On July 12, 2025 at 6:15 PM, the manager on duty displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. I was stuck in the drive-thru line behind one customer for nearly 15 minutes—an unacceptable delay that could've easily been resolved by asking the customer to pull forward while their issue was handled separately.
Not once did the manager offer an apology. Instead, I was met with indifference and attitude, as if they bore no responsibility for the situation. That kind of disregard for customers isn’t just frustrating—it’s disgracefu
The workers are so rude and disrespectful
Came in and waited for about 5 mins, workers all saw us waiting and still didn’t do anything. Until two guys came in and immediately a male worker called them over to take their order. Extremely weird due to the fact that we were waiting and they decide to take someone else who came after us.

I live in the town of Stouffville. Buying a cup of coffee daily for the last 8 years. The quality of coffee is either decreased or the server is not listening well. My order is always medium 2 creams. 8/10 times, I would received DECAFINATED coffee. What I also noticed is that the staffs always handed the coffee to customers with their hand hovering the lid top. This is a sanitary issue. The person is at the window handling cash and handing the coffee to customer with their hand covered the lid/cap. I hope management read these reviews and give better trainings.

This morning the employees were extremely ignorant. I will not be returning. New to the area and would rather drink water and eat plain bread the contribute to the particular location. Absolutely no need to treat guests let alone a guest driving through getting a coffee or tea this way. The interaction is less then 3 min order to order and it was 5 am
I look forward to speaking with Tim Hortons representative. We will see if a supervisor or owner provides an excuse for the employee's
This Tim Horton is the worst cannot get your order correct the staff is all Indian an no respect for people a the money we work hard for an to spend it there is garbage. Timmie’s became a horror story fire all a rehire proper people

Too much sugar was added in my black coffee. Drive thru on the weekends are worse. They always cut my coffee routine. I will never visit here again. 👎

Whoever is in charge of decorating chocolate donuts (double choco, choco glazed, etc.) should be FIRED immediately. This is the one & only Tim’s that I have visited that does such a horrible job at dipping the top of the donut in choco, they look half ass done, my 2 year old does a way better job at home decorating baked goods. I should mention that my two-year-old is a dog . The location is conveniently close to my house, So I would love it if they could get their shit together and find somebody decent to decorate their donuts. For management, Please take this review seriously, Take a look at your chocolate, glazed and double chocolate donuts, They are embarrassingly terrible. Stop being so cheap with a chocolate, No other Tim’s locations do this, Only you guys. Are you guys trying to conserve the chocolate? I would advise people to drive down to the Hoover Park location, which is literally two minutes away from this location, everything is so much better there.

The drive thru women in the morning always makes my morning. Always so friendly and cheerful
Good service. They do well when it gets busy in the morning. Between the homeless and the road workers the restrooms are pretty abused.

Hello for the first time in my life I was treated worse than a animal in this location 5534 main st stouffville I ordered a three lunches at about 40$ total it was given to me after 25 minutes of wait when I ask for a paper bag I was offered a different bag for a price I ask again for a paper one I was told those ones was only for Uber delivery I argued that I need it to take my food home I was denied again I ask for the manager and wooooo sorprise the lady said to me I’m the manager and I can not give you a bag the costumers around me star apologize to me like it was ther fault I feel horrible that was bad Tim Hortons that was disgusting and disrespectful waooo that is not how you Treat costomers
