I don’t typically complain about restaurants… but recently this Tim Hortons has been messing up my orders… ordered a cream cheese toasted bagel yesterday… gave me toasted bread with a SMEAR of butter. Pretty much gave me toasted bread. Today they got my regular cream cheese bagel order correct- with a SMEAR of cream cheese. I’m thinking of taking a photo of every order I receive from now on to have an objective track record.

Was warmly greeted by Paritosh creating a comfortable atmosphere converse and connect in. Fast service with great accommodations!

Painfully slow service worsened by the crappy attitude of the (probably overworked) cashier.

i order a savoury pastry and dd coffee she gave me a coffee but forget to give me savoury pastry i ask other staff the staff said i ask her and i waiting almost 30 min for receiving my order they are not responding its very irritating when you ordered and paid already but they didn’t respond you but good thing i guy respond me

Made me wait in line for the drive thru for 13 minutes and when I finally got to the window they only then tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. Didn’t even offer compensation for my time in any way

A lady by the name of Linda, best person who takes your order through the drive-thru. She is bright and cheerful and very engaging. Major shout out to her. Rare to fine these days. She makes it a pleasurable experience.

Lovely pleasant kind voice at the drive thru. So refreshing. Very happy with my order as well.

Always so friendly here. They always give my little ones a timbit and my kids always remember and it makes their day with such a simple gesture

Another refreshing stop outside of the GTA experience.
I stopped in about 6:00am, and opted for counter service because the drive-thru was very busy .
The steeped tea & coffee were excellent, the place was clean, and the two ladies at the front counter were friendly. Nothing bad to say about the visit.
