i order a savoury pastry and dd coffee she gave me a coffee but forget to give me savoury pastry i ask other staff the staff said i ask her and i waiting almost 30 min for receiving my order they are not responding its very irritating when you ordered and paid already but they didn’t respond you but good thing i guy respond me
and apology for other staff mistake

Made me wait in line for the drive thru for 13 minutes and when I finally got to the window they only then tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. Didn’t even offer compensation for my time in any way

A lady by the name of Linda, best person who takes your order through the drive-thru. She is bright and cheerful and very engaging. Major shout out to her. Rare to fine these days. She makes it a pleasurable experience.

Lovely pleasant kind voice at the drive thru. So refreshing. Very happy with my order as well.

Always so friendly here. They always give my little ones a timbit and my kids always remember and it makes their day with such a simple gesture

Another refreshing stop outside of the GTA experience.
I stopped in about 6:00am, and opted for counter service because the drive-thru was very busy .
The steeped tea & coffee were excellent, the place was clean, and the two ladies at the front counter were friendly. Nothing bad to say about the visit.

Been here every week for months. Not once have they got my order right or even close, actually ridiculous how every time i order something in the drive thru its either missing or completely wrong, maybe if they hired people who spoke english this wouldn’t be a problem😂

They served us cold breakfast sandwiches... we ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 coffees and all three breakfast sandwiches were cold.. even the egg inside it was cold and cheese was not melted at all. I wouldn't order from this location again.
