Drive thru order 5 piece chicken strips nothing else.
Pay for my food cash $20 change should be $7.60
I get the change from grumpy in the Drive thru windows, he hands me the bag & closes/Slams the windows closed walks away he didn't ask me what dip sauce I wanted, and short changed me 20 cents. I waited 4 minutes to be seen and explained to him the issue, he made it right, but wasn't happy about it.

Stopped here on my way home from work. Probably won’t be back, unless it’s for a refund… stopped threw the drive thru last night around 1050PM got 2 Dave’s singles, I just so happened to stop and turn my light on and see that my burger was under done on the inside. Luckily I stopped or else I would have ate it all and not even known, and I got a second one and it was the same way when I got home. I would have went back except I was driving 45 mins the opposite direction and I was 20 mins into my drive when I ate my first one. So I say ok I’ll call, nope numbers not available at this time. I’m not really sure how this happens cuz when I worked at Wendy’s we had a grill that cooked burgers both sides at same time for the exact time needed and it would not open until the timer was done so I’m really shocked, especially for a big company like Wendy’s!! Sorry but I don’t like my burgs medium 😒

Restaurant had a bad smell, especially around the seating area and sofas. Picked up a Frosty from the drive-thru — staff were rude and not friendly at all. Disappointing experience.

Had a good experience at wendy’s on wednesday night. had a nice convo with a couple of the workers, a woman named jasman, a young mullet man named Ramen and a kind middle aged woman that I didn’t get the name of. They all made it a great experience, good service and were even kind and easy to deal with. Solid experience!

Restaurant isn't in good shape, cooking area looks like a mess. I ordered the chili beef nachos and the chips were stale and there were multiple hard round chunks inside that I couldn't even bite inside - like petrified nachos or something. Won't be buying those again.
