Drive thru manager called someone from the back after standing there for two minutes…a.Young kid wearing gloves came up dragging his butt, took our order with gloves on. Then went to help fill drive thru order when the single French fries spilled he put them back in container with same gloves.. having seen that told him to change his gloves and discard fries.🍟 he disappeared in back. 🤔he came back I asked for napkins as there were none in bathrooms to dry hands… he served 5 different drive thru customers, we asked where our order was…waiting on fries…3 mins later we asked for ketchup and napkins. He through the napkin he found somewhere on the counter and when I turned it over it had black mould on the white napkin. We gave it back to him. He got upset. We asked if it was his first day , he said no he’s been working there for 3 years. We asked if he took food prep course. He had no idea 🤷🏻♀️ we told him he needs to quit his job. He said we need to be nicer. We took our food and left. Our burgers were dried out and over cooked. Lobby was dirty, floors had pop spilled everywhere, garbage overflowing from their supposed morning rush -it was 3 pm . We couldn’t find nor did we want to ask for spoons for my son’s frosty.🤷🏻♀️

I can confirm with the other reviews. The wraps are horrendous. One small piece of chicken cut in two and split into two wraps. With 5 pieces of cheese and a small piece of romane lettuce. All for over $9.
Unfortunately, the service was just as bad. Its hard getting their attention when they are too invested in their conversations at the back.
The place was a complete mess, and when I mentioned the check out machines were broken, the staff shrugged it off.

A’hoy mateys. Captain Ray here with a tale of fire, folly, and a fateful sandwich.
I docked at Wendy’s to sample their Takis Fuego Chicken Sandwich. The name promised heat, and heat it brought, but not the kind ye want. Within the hour, my guts were churnin’ like the high seas in a hurricane. A true battle was waged below deck. I wouldn’t wish that trip to Davy Jones’ bathroom on any sailor.
To make matters worse, it’s a coin toss every time whether the crew’ll forget somethin’. A straw. Cutlery. Sour cream. Ye name it. One in two odds they fumble the bag, and that’s bein’ generous.
The sandwich itself had a decent crunch, I’ll give it that. But was it worth the aftermath? Not unless ye have a strong constitution and a toilet within arm’s reach.
Atmosphere was fine, and the staff weren’t rude, just… inconsistent. For ten to twenty dubloons, I’d expect at least a full set of supplies with me meal.
Two stars from this weary captain. One for the crunch. One for survivin’.
Proceed with caution, and pack rations for the storm ahead.

Customer service is really bad I have had the Workers yell at me before There are a lot of bugs And on top of that The burgers look much worse than presented And I completely forgot to add There was a bigger employee here that has said racist things to some of my friends and me

I want to begin this by saying the workers here are friendly and I feel bad writing this review but at this point it needs to be said. Quality wise this is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. DO NOT get their breakfast. I’ve given it so many chances because it’s cheap, and other location are fine. Three times now I’ve been here and ordered breakfast and all three times the wraps and English muffins were so stale they were inedible. I don’t know if they’re serving expired product or if they just don’t know how to properly store bread items but if you go here for breakfast just know your bread will be rock hard. Please do better, this is easily avoidable.

I am not sure the sanitation standard, but I don’t see food prep gloves from the staff which makes me have some concerns. It’s been a while since I visited here last time.
I enjoy dining in the restaurant with huge windows and beverage machine that I can refill, I just wish food and service could be as good as before.

Restaurant is dirty. Floors are sticky. Drinks dispenser is filthy and doesn’t work well. no ketchup
I requested via drive thru, a spicy chicken sandwich with no veggies. While heading to a work site a distance away. Waited to eat, and to my astonishment. They scrapped the tomatos and the lettuce. But added two veggies that do not even come with a spicy chicken. Bewildered as well as pissed off. I am a carnivore and my food is ruined.
Dietary restrictions: No veggies, carnivore is a dietary option.

Was extremely hungry and needed food late night. Firstly, no one else was in the drive through and I still was asked to wait for 5mins. Ordered 2 Dave's specials and I couldn't tell if the lettuce or burger was colder. The fries were cold and had no sea salt.

I was refused to order and use my First Nation's Tax Exemtion for PST at this location when anywhere in ONTARIO MY card is honoured, why else would I be given the card so I could just leave it in my wallet .It doesn't surprise me of how many new immigrant people they have working for establishments like this .however I will never eat nor buy anything from a WENDY'S RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND I WILL LET AS MANY PEOPLE ON SOCUAL MEDIA KNOW DON'T GO THERE IF YOU ARE INDIGEOUS PERSON .
