Went through the drive through last night and the worker was so rude. It was around 3 am. You need to train your staff. It was a Filipino lady. I heard her speaking in Tagalog to her manager and she didn’t even correct her. That manager needs training too.

This is honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.
Waiting 20–25 minutes here seems to be the norm. They remove your order number from the screen as if it’s ready, but when you go to check, it’s still not prepared. The process feels completely chaotic — orders are not made in sequence, but randomly. They might start part of one order, then switch to another, then come back again.
The display system doesn’t seem to work properly, the place is messy, and there’s no sense of urgency from the staff at all.
Drive-thru clearly has priority, and if you’re ordering inside, you’re basically stuck waiting with no visibility or control over what’s happening.
What’s even more disappointing is that no one apologizes or acknowledges the delay. In other countries, at least you might get some kind of compensation or gesture — here, nothing.
I’m writing this while still waiting for my order after 25 minutes, with no idea how much longer it will take.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Appalling hygiene standards. First of all, the restrooms are always filthy and disgusting. Secondly, from the waiting area, you can clearly see the staff preparing food with their bare hands—touching pickles, cheese, etc., without wearing any gloves. This is a serious violation of sanitary regulations. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Just ordered from drive thru a 6 nuggets combo with medium fries and a 10 nuggets combo with a large fries and a big Mac sandwich only .... got home and got 2- 4pieces nuggets combo with 2 medium fries and a quarter pounder.... this is far the worst McDonald's I have ever been... paid $37 for most nothing... pathetic
