Place is ridiculous. Very poor customer service at the drive-thru. The employee (middle aged Asian women) was upset I changed my order and then went on a rant about “wasted food.” I was also rushed while ordering and spoken to rudely. It’s not appropriate to complain to a paying customer about what they choose to order. The job is to assist customers respectfully, not project frustration or create a negative experience. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t work in the food industry if your going to tell people what to eat because your lazy to remake an order.
Please retrain your staff and I hope that wasn’t a manager. Because that would be a joke. Also name tags would be appreciative so people can be held accountable.

Forget about charging nearly $5 for a cup of hot chocolate, the “workers” don’t work and take 15 minutes for an order on a holiday. Some people have it too easy.

Way too many times they McScrewed up my order. Grabbed food from the drive thru less than 10x, and already 2x an item is missing from the order, and 1x I got the wrong one.
First time they forgot my fries, to which I was given the next time I went. Second got a muffin instead of a girldle. Third, forgot my sandwich, to which I was given the next time. All without any compensation.

There coffee is not good as before, water is better than coffee they serve.

I waited an hour and half for food and still did not get it, slow service and always making mistakes with orders and their very rude.

Extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I was unwell and placed a mobile order through the app, asking my friend to pick it up for me. Instead of preparing the food when the order was placed, the staff insisted they would only start making it once my GPS showed I was physically near the store. This is completely illogical and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.
When I explained that I had sent my friend, the staff member was rude and dismissive. She told me flatly to either cancel the order or come to the store myself—no attempt to assist or provide a reasonable solution.
The whole situation was frustrating and unprofessional.

Very bad experience. I waited for over 20 minutes, and when I finally asked about my order, they told me that they hadn’t even started preparing it. To make matters worse, they served people who arrived after me first, which I find completely disrespectful and disorganized. In the end, I had to cancel my order. Definitely a very poor customer service and not recommended at all.
This would be awesome awesome brand if they make healthy meal their top priority.

I've found, thru experience, that a mobile order is like an instant 2nd line for ordering. Being after 11pm, the pickup was at the drive thru.
Being physically challenged, I sometimes sit on my walker and order thru the mobile app, especially when at Timmy's.

Pure chaos, the drink machine was broken for coke zero and out of ice. The drink itself was warm.

Went through the drive-through yesterday, Lady taking orders sounds rude. This was noon. And there fountain pop in the dinning area taste awful. Flat/stale. They are always letting homeless people that smell like pee hang around the dinning area.
This is why I normally go to the Hilda and steels location, very pleasant over there.
