Aji Sushi Windsor is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Korean and Japanese food. Their menu offers a wide variety of dishes. I ordered their gam ja tang (Korean pork bone soup) today. It had the perfect level of spiciness, rich flavor, and wasn’t bland or toned down like in some other places.
I also loved the banchan (side dishes), especially the kimchi and pickled cucumber--both were fresh, flavorful, and complemented the meal well.
Service was excellent--fast, efficient, and very friendly. The staff were warm and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better.
Overall, Aji Sushi Windsor is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious, authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine served with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

This was an awesome place, food was very good, and the server was really friendly and nice. Food was made quick but not rushed, and for the price there was plenty of food! Would definitely recommend!

The place is nice, the service was okay nothing to special to be remembered, the food was extremely mid, i ordered the spicy set sushi, it tasted so bland, not even a hint of flavour, the rice tasted old, and the fish just tasted as spicy mayo, i ordered a beef danburi bowl with rice, and that was not edible, it tasted like they sprinkled sugar over fatty meat, got some tuna tartar honestly it was pretty good the seasoning was so nice, and had some salmon teryaki which was normal fish with sauce on it nothing special, am i gonna ever go there again was it worth the 150$ absolutely not, waste of money
