The beef cold noodles are one of my favorite dishes in Windsor. The noodles have the perfect chewy texture, and the beef is beautifully braised and full of flavor. You can really tell the food is made with care and tastes just like authentic Chinese food.

It was almost a year ago when my friend recommended this restaurant to me because they have really spicy food. I’d been wanting to try it ever since, but I just hadn’t been able to make the time until recently.
