Seating was quick. Excellent flavors. Service was slow although response was quick when requested. This was the first time for me at Ajisen, and really enjoyed the food flavors. Takoyaki was flavorfull and cooked to perfection...but not my personal favorite (will try something else the next time). Black sesame seed cheese cakes was awsome! Very rich and full of flavor. Definitely will go again!
We ordered from here from UberEats. The temperature was quite reasonable given the delivery time. Soup base was very good...layered and with complexity and not too salty. I wonder about the noodles as they were in-between regular and thick. I think I would have preferred either thin/regular or thicker. This medium sized didn't hit the spot either way. Eggs were perfectly done and accounted for delivery time.Packaging was excellent.

The last time I had Ajisen Ramen was in Shanghai many many years ago. I happened to find the place while I was looking for new places in Windsor and had to cross the border and give it a try. Yes, I took the Detroit Tunnel just to come and enjoy the food. The interior is your typical Asian restaurant, tables on the left side and booths on the right.
