Went to get take out tonight. Was there 5 minutes, and even though staff looked at me, no one bothered to take my order, or even let me know i was there. They were too focused on drive-thru, have to keep those wait times down. Supervisor was useless. Since staff was busy, supervisor should have hoped on front cash. Looked like she went to the office instead. Went to Popeyes next door. They were busy too, but took my order fairly quickly

I went last night. There was a very kind, but exciting voice on the drive thru -she takes my order!! Up to the window- Fiona greeted me with a smile and a double thumbs up!! I saw her name tag said employee of the year 2023!!! She was beyond every expectation!!!

Fiona is the employee of the lifetime!!!! Kudos to you!!!

Love their classic roast beef sandwiches with the exception of the buns. I find the buns get soggy if you don't open the packaging right away. I wish they gave you the choice of buns between the sesame or the onion bun. They have great curly fries. Wish they would offer the 3 for $10 with the classic roast beef too, not just the cheddar.
