The only caviat being the limited hours, I've been trying to check this place out for a while now but it's difficult if you have a busy schedule. “We had dinner at Kona last night in Tecumseh on the rooftop. We had a fantastic meal and the service was great, considering there was only one wait staff up there. He did a wonderful job. My only complaint would be the seating. They are funky looking chairs, but they’re SOOOO uncomfortable. I’m 5’6 and the seat was way too deep!! Forces you to sit perched forward, which is really uncomfortable. And the seats are so hard I actually had a very sore tailbone. Other than that it was GREAT!!!!“
“We came in 25 min before it was time to break our fast and the place was packed not a single table available. After explaining that we could not wait to be seated, We were accommodated and sat at the sushi bar. (Eventually sat at a table when it became available) The hostess was very understanding and even brought our water out closer to the time to break fast. The food was incredible, never disappoints! Always fresh and made well! Definitely recommend the cucumber kimchi. What a great experience!“

“We have ordered take out from Genki Sushi often and have never been disappointed. It is by far the BEST in this area. We order an assortment of sushi and rolls, beautifully presented, good size pieces, ample food that feeds five hungry adults. Glad to have them so close by in Tecumseh!“
“This joint was a pleasant surprise. I’ve been passing by for years unsure if this was still open or not. Ordered take out for grilled pork rice dishes and it tasted like a good vietnamese dish. Portions are good and prices are cheaper than what most Vietnamese places charge these days. I will come back to try their other offerings.“
