Very rude staff, and yesterday I went to shop around 9:45 pm and placed take out order, they didn't gave me any spoon with it and when I asked them about spoon they rudely said,"We DON'T HAVE ANY AT THIS MOMENT, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT" and fun fact was I was able to see the whole box of spoons behind the counter. They just want me to get out ASAP, so they can close the store. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. you just can't behave with customer like this.

Took my daughter and their friends there for a snack after dinner unfortunately discovered that they do not give free samples anymore to test new flavors my daughter has a dairy allergy and we took a chance and paid for a dairy free ice cream which she ended up throwing almost all of it away after trying it and we paid for it because they do not give free samples was quite disappointed and so was she.. probably won't be back.... was able to see the employees playing on their cell phones when there were lots of things in the store that could have been done like cleaning up the floors and counters overall was relatively disappointed maybe we'll give it some time try it out again later on in life

Super disappointed with kernels popcorn. This is my 2nd time that i am disappointed. They give regular salted popcorn instead of sweet chilli. I asked mistute of caramel+sweet chilli and i only got caramel+ salted.1st time i thought may be a genuine mistake but this time again. Is this type of service you provide. Like i bought two large and it cost a good amount of money.
The children were not disappointed. It also doesn't hurt the pocket. So, that is a win-win situation.

I had ordered a cake online and went in to pick it up. It was not made. I asked if they had one made of the the flavour I wanted.They didn't. David offered to make it even though he had never made one before. Luckily I was able to pick it up later, so I agreed. He did an amazing job! Zayn helped too. LOL. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this establishment ever since I was kid, and I have to say it has changed quite a bit regarding service. The young white female with glasses is always friendly and helpful, but I cannot say the same for the other employees. We got a single scoop and it is a little small. For its size, it is expensive. In addition, whenever we buy ice cream or cakes, they do not provide napkins (they will if you ask, but it should be provided regardless without asking). In the past, if you bought a cake, they would provide utensils (spoon, candle, napkins), but ever since the new owner took over, they charge you a ridiculous price. It is much cheaper to head to the store and buy your own utensils. Overall, I would not recommend this Baskin Robins location, but sadly, it is the only one in our area.

Brought the whole family in to get some ice cream. The two employees there were really patient with the kids. They were really nice and helpful. The banana split was great. Lots of favors to choose from. If you haven't been there for a while, it's time to swing by. Recommended.
