I had such a wonderful experience ordering my daughter’s birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins! This was my first time ordering a cake from them, and I was genuinely so impressed. The cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted even better. It was fresh, creamy, perfectly made, and incredibly delicious. Everyone at the birthday celebration enjoyed it, and we received so many compliments!

The girl working the counter was abrasive.
I don't know if ownership changed or what happened because this location used to be awesome. When you're paying $20 for 2 kids scoops and one single scoop and are expected to tip on top of that, the service kind of needs to be better than it is.

I had the best experience at this Baskin Robbin’s. The staff was quick, efficient, patient, welcoming, and friendly overall. The icecream tastes AMAZING and the store was so clean and organized. The size proportions are perfect and reasonable. Everything about this store was so good and the staff members are very well-trained. 100% recommendation!

Baskin-Robbins offers good customer service with fast service times. The ice cream is delicious, especially the Ube Coconut Swirl. They have a deal on May 31st for 31% off packed ice cream. The staff is friendly, and they offer ice cream cakes and a good selection of pre-packed ice cream. The restaurant has limited dine-in availability, but there are free parking spots and public restrooms. They also make their own waffle cones. Customers absolutely love the Rocky Road flavor, which is considered the best. The service is always cheerful and quite quick, and the staff is friendly and patient when customers are choosing their ice cream flavors. This is a great place for ice cream with a variety of delicious options and exceptional customer service.
