I had ordered a cake online and went in to pick it up. It was not made. I asked if they had one made of the the flavour I wanted.They didn't. David offered to make it even though he had never made one before. Luckily I was able to pick it up later, so I agreed. He did an amazing job! Zayn helped too. LOL. Thank you!
I’ve been coming to this establishment ever since I was kid, and I have to say it has changed quite a bit regarding service. The young white female with glasses is always friendly and helpful, but I cannot say the same for the other employees. We got a single scoop and it is a little small. For its size, it is expensive. In addition, whenever we buy ice cream or cakes, they do not provide napkins (they will if you ask, but it should be provided regardless without asking). In...read full review
