Was VERY upset last night, still upset. I looked up the open-close hours of burger king on Walker road last night, states open until 11PM.
My husband and I drove out there from MCGREGOR, 30 minute drive because myself and my children wanted milkshakes. Got there at 8:45 and they told us they shut down the machines for the night and couldn't provide milkshakes!!?? We had to go across the street to McDonald's..

What does a customer have to do to get something as simple as "Off The Broiler" at this location. Requested & watched as they pulled open the warming drawer and made my whopper. Re-iterated my request re off broiler, was told it was. No, I'm sorry I saw him take it from the bottom of a warming tray swimming in grease/liquid.
