Best food best staff and best service

Went through the drive through and ordered a blizzard. Everyone knows if it’s not flipped upside down you get a free coupon for a blizzard on your next visit. Apparently the young and full of attitude employee doesn’t. Her response was absolutely unprofessional. Shrugging her shoulders and responding with “ok, I don’t know. If you want me to take it back and flip it I will” as I explained to her in a polite way that this has always been something they have done, she continues with the attitude and responds with “I don’t know”. What kind of employees are you guys hiring? Absolutely ridiculous. Kennedy, please learn some respect.

They prepare food with their bare hands instead of gloves. 👎🏽👎🏽

Girl who was working at 3 pm on Feb 15 needs to work on her customer service. Ordered two cones and when she brought the first one out it was all mush. After a long delay she came back with the second which was frozen. My wife asked if she could get one that wasn’t as melted and the girl gave us attitude and said well if you want to wait I can but it’s going to be awhile. Just a bad attitude to be working in the retail service end. Owner should have a chat with her.

Hoping Owner is going to contact me soon in regards to Saturday's cook. I'll try one more time then I'm going to social media

Local DQ with great staff and amazing ice cream. Must try their ice cream cake. The venue is due for some updates. Facility is dated

Tried to buy ice cream today, 15 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't even let me in! Was just going to buy Buster bars but they did not even give me the chance to speak before locking the doors

I tried the Blizzards, nothing wow, it's as thick as what they claim to, didn't feel any difference in the taste or as its special.
I would love to go back and try their other menu items too and could give a better opinion

Very slow service ordered chicken strip basket poutine onion rings and lemon lime freeze took 25 min.
25 mins. I was shocked
Not sure what they were doing but it seemed to be a lot of talking should of went through the drive through but even that was slow
And took the order home it’s not my responsibility to.Check and see If everything is there it should be they have a list of what you ordered and they should know they are over 16 it’s not hard
sauce was missing onion rings were missing
Fries were ice cold.
If I could give zero stars I would
Extremely over priced too could of went to McDonalds for cheaper next time I’ll
