The chicken was great
I was just here with my dad and his partner, and everything was AMAZING!!! When I asked our server, Maja, for a maraschino cherry because they're my favorite part of the Shirley Temples and I could not find any in mine, she brought me AT LEAST five of them!!! We got out food so super fast as well, and she was genuinely so nice! Somebody please please give this lady a raise. She's obviously going above and beyond for her customers!!!

Swiss Chalet offers excellent customer service, with a new owner bringing great service. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious, and orders are promptly delivered. The previous issues with smoke from the adjacent Harvey's have been resolved. Customers appreciate the attentive and impeccable service from staff like Raeda, who handled a difficult family with allergies and made them feel very welcome. The restaurant is very wheelchair accessible with lots of space for getting through and is kid-friendly. Many diners find the restaurant very friendly and accommodating, especially for those with dietary restrictions. After a quick minute with the manager, technical difficulties were solved and food was received very fast. Overall, Swiss Chalet provides a positive dining experience, making it worth a visit.
