This is a local brewery in Windsor. We did not eat there but sampled some of their beers.
Nice place if a little hard to find.
Staff was friendly, helpful & of good humor, answering all my questions quickly.
Food was good, had the Caesar wrap, though the tortilla chips were a bit stale.
Of course, the main reason for visiting was the fermented grains. Hops, water, barley & yeast work so well together.

Was super impressed with what i ordered. Strawberry lemonade beer, i gave it a shot and have zero regrets, its was deliciously refreshing. Then the good came out and oh my everything was perfect and I will be coming back just for those shie string fries that complimented my sandwich perfectly.
