I have nothing but good things to say about factory house. Everything we have ever ordered has always been full of flavour and delicious! The staff are always attentive and it's a very clean venue. We will continue to be patrons, and look forward to each visit!
Ordered the family takeout special. The sauce on the ribs was great and they were cooked very tender! Chicken was also tender and moist, the seasoning was a tiny bit peppery, but even my kid liked it. Fries were a big hit with everyone, the seasoning was great. Would have liked them to be a bit more crispy, but that's hard with takeout, so will need to try eat-in next time. Overall very impressed with the portion sizes and flavour of the food; great value!
Waitress was friendly, but took awhile to spot me, since you seat yourself once the dining area is closed. Food was excellent and tasty, but the cake for dessert was dry like it had be just taken out of the fridge
