Trying to find a KFC with Extra Crispy Chicken. They don't have it. The drive thru people have heavy accents, therefore making it VERY difficult to communicate. I refuse to go to this location anymore.

The chicken is still oddly shaped. You can never seem to get extra crispy chicken when it's supposedly available. I've just been going to Popeyes more often now because i can never get extra crispy when it's out. This store is one of the worst in the area tbh. The parking lot is very bumpy in spots, so be careful.Edit- This store still needs to work out a much better system for their drive thru.
