Everything you expect from John Maxx, and their weight stuff is pretty incredible. At the Lowe's zone location, our servers name was Sara, and she was amazing, and very attentive to every detail.

First time coming to this place and was impressed. Libby was great, attentive, professional and had great customer service. Thank you Libby, you made my experience a great one.

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with fries. Everything was fresh. I tried to take a picture but forgot as it was so delicious😂. Fries were fresh and hot. Yummy 😋 experience. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Just be careful with the Costco gift cards you buy for this place. Can you get two cards with $50 each on them. The first card works but the second card show that there was no money on it. Costco Sand both should have been activated properly when purchase so don't want to think the worst of people,, will chalk it up to a mistake this time 🤔

Hosted a birthday party here in the dining room. Given there was another 30 top at the bar, it was understandable that the wait staff were overwhelmed and unable to give full attention. The food was delicious and was out very quickly considering the restaurant was full capacity. Kudos to the kitchen staff! It was a great spot for a large group, lots of space, reservation process was easy and accommodating. However for birthdays specifically, they do not offer any birthday-centered desserts or celebrations. No menu’s—just QR codes and a few ipads for those who don’t have phones to use. Great atmosphere considering the noise that many people could make, we could have conversations in the dining room and still be heard. Clean areas, bathrooms, well taken care of areas.

Came here with my son's baseball team during a tournament close by, with a reservation. Service was fast and friendly. It was not a busy time of day (1:30-3:30pm). Kids all sat together and adults at a seperate tables, and orders were taken by the number of our players jerseys. Everyone was happy with their food, (pretzels, powerhouse chicken sandwich, maxolla chicken wrap, kids burgers, to make a few) Prices are comparable to other sports bars, drinks were cold, many TV's throughout, overall a good experience.

Had a great time at the bar with some work friends, Mikey the bartender was running around taking care of the lunch rush but was to sure to keep checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for another visit soon

Tried going to get lunch, got served something to drink, then was ignored for the 25 minutes. Tried politely flagging down the bartender repeatedly as he was serving those around me. Didn’t realistically have time to order food after that. Had to ask for my bill three separate times and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes to pay. Left hungry and unimpressed.

On the evening of August 2, 2025 my girlfriend and I had dinner at the Lauzon Parkway establishment. Dinner was excellent. As for the service it was beyond exceptional. Both Taylor and Sara went above and beyond their call of duty to make certain we were taken care of and satisfied with everything that was presented to us. Our utmost respect and appreciation to both Sara and Taylor. Keep up the great service.

I picked up an order from the restaurant and had to wait outside for 20 minutes. The pickup door is located at the back of the restaurant on an unpaved road. I rang the buzzer five times but got no response. Someone came out briefly, then left and didn’t return. I waited longer and rang the buzzer again. When someone finally came, she said she didn’t hear the bell.

That’s not a valid excuse. The pickup process should be organized like other restaurants and show more respect for customers. I used to like John Max, but after experiencing this more than once, unfortunately 👎🏻
