I picked up an order from the restaurant and had to wait outside for 20 minutes. The pickup door is located at the back of the restaurant on an unpaved road. I rang the buzzer five times but got no response. Someone came out briefly, then left and didn’t return. I waited longer and rang the buzzer again. When someone finally came, she said she didn’t hear the bell.
That’s not a valid excuse. The pickup process should be organized like other restaurants and show more respect for customers. I used to like John Max, but after experiencing this more than once, unfortunately 👎🏻

The wings are wicked awesome. Good size, and better taste. Not overly covered with to much sticky flavoring.
My son’s took me there for Mother’s Day. I love watching sports, so that’s where we went.
I recently placed a pickup order on wings (which were delicious by the way) there was a slight mix-up on my order that I hadn't noticed, they reached out to me immediately to notify me about the issue, when I returned to pick up my original order the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They greeted me by name, apologized again for the inconvenience, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. That kind of genuine customer care is rare.

Was watching hockey but the tvs were sooo loud we couldn't have a conversation
