I had a less than impressive lunch experience. We were not greeted at the door so we grabbed our own seat and nodded at the bartender yet had to go find my own menus and grab a waitress. She asked where we were sitting and said she would bring silverware right over. She didn't even come to the table for a good 5 minutes and did not have silverware.
