Family of four here.....showed up for family day for dinner....the girl greeted us with a smile and a happy family day....was nice. We picked out table ....took a window seat. She raised the blind a bit and said she would be back with water. She never came back....I had to flag someone down for water. We went up to eat and since it was early in the dinner shift things were coming out slowly and hot...again ...nice. I was surprised when I took a bit of my fried rice and the carrot and peas were still frozen . Again...look the other way...shit happens.....needed the rest room and was mortified by the filth on the door....went in and it was freezing......no heat....parts of wall being held up with duct tape....says to use the heater to dry hands and it was broke...so no hand drying. Got back to the table and realized the window frame area was disgusting...food and filth down the whole row of windows. Also looked at the blinds and they are completely food stained ....really started to look around the place and was just so disgusted....I really wanted to point stuff out to the girl but never did....she probably doesn't care....this place is sooooo dirty and now my family and I are worried....if it's that dirty out in the open how clean is it behind closed doors....NEVER EVER AGAIN

Safe to say we will not be returning to this restaurant. It is so far removed from its glory days that it doesn’t seem like the same place. Half of the restaurant was not even in use. The part that was open was not even close to being full. The food bins were not filled on a regular basis. Some of the meat products seemed to have a freezer burn taste. Others were very dry. Some vegetables were not cooked long enough and were too hard. The cantaloupe pieces tasted musty. The seafood sauce with the shrimp tasted like there was ketchup mixed in. Overall quality of the food was disappointing and in some cases inedible. Cannot stress enough to save your money and go elsewhere. Next time we want buffet we’ll go to the “other” restaurant in town that has better quality and way more choices.

The sweet and sour chicken and pork, mixed veggies, noodles and rice were fair. My husband pulled my shrimp before I could eat it as it was breaded with their shells and digestive track still intact on every shrimp. The food was not warm and very few dishes to choose from. The hostess was very kind though! We just won't be going back.

It was totally disgusting experience went to the washroom. No heat dead of winter. No toilet paper at all, nothing to draw your hands off with next to no food for lunch dessert. They had no dessert, health units should show up
Disgusting to say the least…. Family from out of town came to visit and we (foolishly) decided to dine in at this place thinking it was great as it was before. Mind you, since I was a child i used to come here many times with family but the new ownership struck this to the ground. Anyways, We were in there for a good 10-15 mins, once we got the food to our table it tasted uncooked and gross. When brought to the managers attention all he did was say there is never any complaints and started blaming us. Told us we needed to pay full price, as we didn’t even touch our plates, after realizing we were all grossed out he decided to charge us $50 for eating 2 skewers of the shrimp 2!!!!!!, at the cash register the nice worker told us that he shouldn’t even be charging us since we haven’t eaten anything. Mindless to say, save your time, money and stomach and stay far away from this place.

Food was sappar, not all that great. There was nothing to choose from and when I asked for a discount because of the meal cause they want to charge first. class prices, they're not first class, very disappointing.

They open at 11:30, but you won’t be able to eat until after 12:30 because it takes them that long to bring the food out. At 11:30 the soup and “salad” bar were ready, it took well over an hour to have everything brought out. Be prepared to sit around waiting if you go when they open.
