We had an very good meal; however, I ended up with my husband's medium steak and he ended up with my steak. After cutting in we realized they had mixed up the order but they gave us a lovely dessert to compensate for the error. I know steak houses are always expensive but I think $10 for break was a bit outrageous! Also I made the reservation at least a month and a half ago and yet they weren't able to seat us right away and would only seat us if we would except a booth....
Nero's is elegant but never stuffy. The food is always worthy of a “Fine Dining” restaurant and the staff always delivers that level of service. Nero's outshines every restaurant not only in Windsor but in the Metro Detroit area as well.
We were traveling from New Hampshire for our anniversary. We originally had a table but decided to sit at the bar and that was a great decision. We had the pleasure of meeting the bartender, Jennifer T. The service she provided was fantastic. The food was very good! She was super attentive and has a group of regular customers that were at the bar which we had some great stories and great laughs with.
