Had a reservation for 6:30. Was seated quickly, it wasn't packed. Took a good 15 mins for just water to come to us and another 5 on top of that for a waiter to come over and take our drink order and we asked for an app. It took another 15 mins for our waiter to bring our drinks and take our food order and by that time we were all hangry. Well where to start, we go here all the time, we love the place and the food, but last night well later afternoon (4:00) we came in for our Anniversary dinner, they gentleman said you can sit here or there, so we sat down, he said your waiter will be right over. Okay looked at the menu picked our drinks, appetizers and main course, sat and sat, played on our phones, still no one came out to the dining area, so after about 15 mins we just got up and left, and went down the street...
Place is beautiful with a fireplace. Was decorated for Mother’s Day. Fresh flowers at each table, daisies were a nice touch. Service was ok. Ordered the calamari. I suggest that for takeout please get those little containers (dollarama has them cheap) to put the sauce in. This will ensure sauce is just not dumped in with the calamari making them soggy faster😉.
