The quality of the food is pretty bad and the staff have issues following directions - forgetting guacamole, wrong ingredients etc. when you order on a delivery app. Vegetables including jalapeños are not chopped properly so there’s large chunks and it’s not well mixed.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location Quesada Oullete. My food looked like a complete mess, and they couldn’t even get a simple order right. I clearly said no cheese and Paprika mayo and guess what? They dumped cheese on anyway and a sour cream lime instead . If I take the time to say what I want, the least they can do is listen. The food looked gross, thrown together with zero care. Waste of money and time — I’m honestly disgusted.

I have been a long term Quesada regular. Usually love their food but lately they have dropped the ball on quality, training, cleanliness and overall food taste. Today I ordered from this location and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. Not only did they not follow any of my instructions but they added mystery white sauce to everything. The food smelled rotten and literally made me gag. I don’t think I’ll be eating Quesada again. I tried to reach out to management and heard nothing back . Extremely disappointing experience

Quesada is without a doubt the best place for burritos in Windsor! I love their burrito of the day option, and the queso sauce (melted cheese) is my ultimate favorite which is what really makes them stand out from the rest. Their quesadillas are also amazing and budget-friendly, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Usually I take their bogo offer on Uber Eats.
On top of the delicious food, the staff – Preshna, Rithvika, and the rest of the team are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes every visit a great experience. Great food, great value, and great service, I highly recommend 💯

Ok food is descent well made but small portion for price. Now you have $10 deal for 10th anniversary. Ok but the pop you receive only is coke no other coke products ridiculous. There are far better burrito joints in town go to them.

I do not recommend at all. The worker barley put any cheese on my quesadilla so it kept falling apart and it had no taste. I use to enjoy this franchise but it has seriously gone down

I recently had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at Quesada while dining in. I ordered hard shell tacos, expecting the usual fresh and tasty meal. Instead, I was served tacos that were clearly old and of poor quality. The shells were stale and crumbled far too easily, giving the impression that they were either expired or had been left out for far too long.
Unfortunately, my experience didn't end with just an unsatisfying meal. Not long after eating, I began to feel unwell and eventually got sick. I can only attribute this to the bad quality of the tacos I was served. It's alarming to think that Quesada might be using expired or poorly stored ingredients, which is a serious health concern.
This experience has completely shaken my confidence in this location, and I urge management to take a close look at their food safety practices. Serving expired or old food is unacceptable and dangerous. I won't be returning after this incident, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if considering dining here.

The the guy that worked there on july 1st monday 6:pm he hates his job when we asked him about the offer he said he cant help and when we said if he can change the pork to chicken he said i cant help you with that, he was not interested in gelping the costumers, when we asked if we can see the topings under the lid he wouldnt open to show us after 3 times of asking he opened one lid to show us the chicken. The food was terrible but it was very cold specially the rice, he made us download the app to get the boritto offer after doing that the offer was not there and he said he cant do anything about even though he is the one who said do it thru the app, and the way he spoke was very nonchalant and we could barely hear or understand him overall i would come back if there is another worker
