food was really good (though admittedly the “spicy” pad thai was not very spicy) but it took quite awhile to come out of the kitchen. prices are good

The Basil Court Restaurant is a deceivingly large establishment in Windsor, offering delicious food and great service. This cute underground Thai spot features a menu with a vegetable section and several vegetarian dishes, along with exceptional Thai cuisine that rivals even the best found in Thailand. The restaurant has a loyal customer base and provides excellent value, despite recent price increases. It is clean and well-maintained, although it is located in the basement and does not have a liquor license. Customers have praised dishes like Pad Thai, cashew chicken, and the great mango salad. Parking can be tricky, but there are plenty of spots around town.
