4 of us went to dinner on Friday November 14. We were seated in the upper area and met our waiter Sam. He took our drink order, then came back a while later with the drinks. Did not see him for a while as the place got very busy and he was taking care of quite a few tables. He finally came over and took our order and brought hot buns. After quite a wait, he came back with our orders. Everyone's was ok except mine. My steak order was medium and I was given a very rare entree....read full review
