4 of us went to dinner on Friday November 14. We were seated in the upper area and met our waiter Sam. He took our drink order, then came back a while later with the drinks. Did not see him for a while as the place got very busy and he was taking care of quite a few tables. He finally came over and took our order and brought hot buns. After quite a wait, he came back with our orders. Everyone's was ok except mine. My steak order was medium and I was given a very rare entree. Never saw our waiter again, for water, more or hot buns coffee or dessert. I finally flagged him down and commented on my rare steak. He said he had to talk to his manager. I saw her tell him to bring me another steak. Well everyone was done with their dinner except for myself waiting for another steak. Finally the bill came with my steak in a take out container. Did not offer coffee or desserts. I cannot fault him entirely, he was swamped with many tables. Normally the manager comes around and ask how your dinner was. Not this time. They needed more staff. We were celebrating a special occasion. That did not transpire. Very disappointed. We go there quite often, but it will be awhile before we go back.

We all met last night for dinner (6 of us) I had to share what a great server we had ..”Michelle” first of all she welcomed us and went as fast as can be to get us our drinks. She sure knows the menu!!! In between that she had us all laughing and took the time to explain the items and features to a few of us . She’s amazing and PATIENT! To say the least!!! Friendly, fast and just and all around super server!!! I do appreciate that she took the time to remove dirty plates instead of being inattentive she went way beyond! Ask for her next time I’m telling you she’s the best we’ve had! And it’s so hard to find good service you’ll love her … WE DID!!!

Lois is one of a kind. Hands down the best waitress ever!!! We go to Red Lobster to celebrate our birthdays. We always make sure Lois is working and we sit in her section.She always greets us with a big smile and makes our whole dining experience extra special. We could not be happier with our service❤️

Lois was a wonderful waitress, who made our dinner extra special! She is very welcoming, enthusiastic, and respectful. Our food came out in a timely manner, was made to perfection, and was definitely more than enough to fill us up! We celebrated 3 birthday's, and Lois plus 2 other female staff made it extra special by bringing out multiple desserts to share, including a lobster made out of strawberries! A wonderful birthday dinner, and we will definitely be glad to go back and have Lois as our waitress!
