Food is not good compared to other Chinese places. The older servers are quite rude as well. Will not be coming back.

One of the Top 3 Chinese food places in Windsor Ontario! Tonight's dinner for 3 deluxe, was some of the best authentic Chinese food I've ever had! I've been to China 3 times, this is one of the best comparison! Rose Garden, order the dumplings!! No photo, are too fast!

Wow, my mom has lived across the street from this place for years and we finally tried it. We should of been ordering for years! Very good food. I can't remember the last time we had Chinese food this delicious.

The food in Huacheng is very good, whether it is Chinese or American, at least it is above the passing level. But I don’t know why I feel that it is more delicious to go and take it home than to eat in the store hahahahaha. I usually stick to it. Xingzhou fried rice and Bazhen tofu (or fried pork belly tofu). I ordered Xingzhou fried rice and Bazhen tofu from another restaurant before. The cooking was the same as 🐶💩. If these two dishes can't be fried well, why should I open a restaurant? Strongly recommend Huacheng! ! ! 👍At least the ones I have ordered have not been disappointing. Xingzhou fried rice, pork belly tofu, scallion and ginger chicken, spicy crab, and salt and pepper green beans are all good😌
