Baked halibut was a bit dry. Waited a long time for my order, even though they didn't seem busy.

The lady that took my order was friendly, but the manager screamed the servers name when orders were ready which was very off putting. Food was medium at best pre-packaged and all the same deepfried taste no difference in flavour. For a $50 meal for two people I expected more.
Parking: The manager got upset that when driving in couldn't see the handicap parking marker on the ground in the dark.

Plenty of food and it was fresh. Lacked seasoning but tartar sauce, lemon&malt vinegar helped a lot.

Terrible Experience at Sir Cedric's Fish and Chips on University Ave Windsor
We ordered the cod dinner, and it was a complete disappointment. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil, leaving a foul aftertaste. The fish was no better—the batter was pale, soggy, and looked unappetizing. For a place that specializes in fish and chips, this was a massive letdown. We definitely won’t be coming back. Avoid this place if you're looking for quality food!

Best place in town for fish and chips. My sister, who lives out of town, always requests Sir Cedric's for dinner when she visits. She has yet to find fish and chips as good .

I recently had the cod dinner there and the food was fairly good but the cook needs to pay more attention to detail. The fries were overcooked and the cod was undercooked. Fish does not need to be cooked long but when deep fried with batter it should come out at least lightly golden in colour. Mine didn't, and I'd be surprised if it was fried more than a minute!!
The waitress and atmosphere of the restaurant were good otherwise.

Eating in, the restaurant is a little dated but the staff and food make up for it.

They have everyday special. We went there on Wednesday and they had Halibut, Fries & Coleslaw at 7/8$.
Me & my wife visited the place and we were pretty much full so decided to share and we took 1 Halibut and surprisingly they tastes so good. If you like spicy food, you have to add some seasonings and you are good to go. Their tartar sauce also goes pretty well with the fish. The service was top notch. They are also very good on budget.
I would definitely recommend this place.
Going again to try their other foods.

I like going here for fish and chips (halibut). Always friendly Canadian service, hopefully it stays that way.
