well I give my hat off to the cooks and waitress tonight for first time coming here after seeing the restaurant on you got to eat here on the food network. well I have to say being a huge fan of bbq food this place blows away any bbq food truck i have ever been to in all the years ribfest has been around and i highly recommend to expanding to other city's like Chatham where I'm from people need to eat here best meatloaf beat mac n cheese best bbq beans I have ever eaten
A great experience, from walking into the place to walking out after your meal.
Staff are friendly and caring, kitchen knows what they are doing, flavors and presentation are awesome.
Not a bad thing to say about East Windsors Smoke n Spice.

Ribs were CHARRED UNRECOGNIZABLY. Tasted like a char broiled piece of cardboard. Mac and cheese was ATROCIOUS. Absolutely NAUSEATINGLY DISGUSTING! Tasted like 5 day old reheated Kraft dinner. I had stouffers mac and cheese when I got home as a palette cleanser. Only thing I could bear to choke down was the Cesar salad. Woke up the next morning dry heaving, with the worst stomach cramps of my life, burping up none other than CESAR SALAD. This place gave me the most rancid food...read full review
