I don’t normally post reviews but I was there about a month ago. I ordered my usual hot coffee with a pup cup, only this was going to be my dogs last pup cup. I asked the barista Aruba (hope I spelled that correctly) if she could dazzle up the pup cup as it was my dogs last day with us. Not only did they, they gave him treats, and refused to take payment for the coffees. This small gesture on an otherwise incredibly sad day is a reminder of the good people trying to turn your bad day around. I want to thank her and the staff that day, I will never forget it

Decided to purchase a latte for the first time at Starbucks.Went through their drive-thru which was fairly quick since there was over 6 cars ahead of me.The coffee was very tasty. I would recommend to patronize this location.

Got two drinks mobile ordered, took over 20 minutes to get made with no line and only 2 customers in store with two workers(wait time was less than 10 on app and i've gotten the same thing way faster at busier locations so i was thrown off by how slow it was taking). Plus they forgot my other drink and made the first one so horribly wrong i was so sad

Alley won me over with her vibrant voice and her mixology on coffee skills !! I throughly enjoyed my coffee this Morning!!Which was was a full recovery to rectify the original coffee order by no intention of anyone just tooo much ginger sugar in my venti chai ginger coffee……. Thanks Alley at Starbucks!! Us coffee lovers needs coffee gurus like you <3 Cheers i look forward to my next cup sooner than later!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, the number drink to get in Windsor. Luvvvvvvvvvv everything on the menu. Was extremely satisfied by the service of Lily, Ola, and Aruba. Best service in Windsor!!!!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 10 out of 10 times they get the order wrong. Go to any other Starbucks in the city if you want your drinks or food made correctly. It’s like the staff here just throws whatever they want in the cup. It’s NEVER right. If they cared they’d hire staff that cares. Every other location the staff rock and make the best coffees always the same taste.
