Worst experience.... ? Every time, employees always say that we don't have sous in stock. Employees are rude and this is every time happening. Subway please hire your employees to serve good and quality food to customers. Please if you are watching this review then investe you store. And yeah it's not customer problem that stock is not there , it's your problem.

I've ordered 2 subs, and the staff didn't add any veggies even though I've explicitly mentioned it in order. And when I called the store, the lady who made the sub was absolutely rude, instead of acknowledging the issue she was speaking to me, as if I was eating of her Money. When I asked to speak to her manager, she hung up the call and didn't pick up my calls.Absolutely worse employees.

It was a terrible experience. We didn’t receive stuff what we wanted to have. Employee was so rude specially manager. We called up her to inform her about our experience and she was like we placed everything right , so you are lying. She was very rude. Terrible experience. I won’t order anything from that place again and you guys also shouldn’t.

As a regular patron of Subway, I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the branch located at 33 University Ave in Windsor. Despite having a wide array of ingredients available, the end result of my order was far from satisfactory, leaving me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.Upon receiving my order, it became apparent that several key ingredients were missing from my sub. Despite specifically requesting them, I was left with a subpar product that failed to meet my expectations. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences is simply unacceptable.To compound matters, when I reached out to the establishment to address the issue, I was met with nothing short of rudeness. The staff's dismissive and unhelpful attitude only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, neither of which were demonstrated during my interaction with the staff.Overall, my experience at the Subway located at 33 University Ave in Windsor was nothing short of a disappointment. From the substandard product to the poor customer service, it's clear that there are significant improvements needed to bring this establishment up to par with the expectations of its patrons. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider dining at this particular location until such improvements are made.

We ordered subway and we mentioned please add more crispy onion and sauces, I received my order and saw there was not a single crispy onion in that and sauces were very less. I called manager for complaining and she called me that you should go to the customer portal to file a complaint. We are making 15-16 subs so it could happen sometimes. So it was a very terrible and unsatisfied experience.

Best Experience ever in this Subway!!I must say that this Subway giving the best sandwiches in Windsor. The staff is playing a great role as they are very polite, friendly and helpful❤️ and hardworking as well.I want to come again and again in this place with my friends to get best experience.

All your Subway restaurants in Windsor, Ontario, have the Uber Eats app. I always order from quite a few different locations, including this one. I know you have green olives because I walk in the store sometimes. You should list all your available toppings, list each cheese separately, list each cheese in a extra cheese section using the - + buttons Uber has available, and keep the comments section turned on.You people know how to make money, but I'm not ordering from any Subway in the world ever again if you do not at least list ALL your toppings and turn your comments section back on. I will delete this bad review if you comply with my logical demands.I'm not joking about all this, because your business ethics are getting ridiculous!Otherwise, the point of ordering from a sandwich shop that lets you build your own is defeated and I would rather give someone who allows me to make my own choices, business!Vegetarian options: They have a good variety of vegetables, breads, and sauces to choose from. Salads, subs, Flatbreads, other sandwiches, chips, cookies, and other options. Plus juices, soft drinks, and other beverages.

There used to be a older lady who worked there who was really nice. My boyfriend and I adored her. I'm guessing she doesn't work there anymore because the work quality has really gone downhill. I wish I was in the food/health department because I'd lose my temper every time. NOBODY EVER wears a hairnet. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a basic rule in the food industry? I used to work in this industry and it was a requirement. It drives me crazy when I don't see people preparing food doing the same. I don't want to eat hair.Also today while ordering my sub I had to pretty much scream over the other associate talking to another customer in their language in order to be heard to make my sub.
