Two guys at the counter (Parambir & another indian guy) who can't spend 5 minutes to cook fresh cinnamon bites you pay for but can spend 5 minutes arguing and laughing about the complaint. You cook to order not prepare the cinna bites 2 hours before let it sit out without using a warmer and then think it's okay to serve it to the customer who is paying

Feb 4 -I've witnessed employees the past two days tell paying customers BOTH bathrooms are out of service only to watch an employee go and use it when no one else was around thinking I wasn't paying attention.
While writing this, a third customer just asked and was told the same thing!
Feb 9th. Bathrooms still apparently broken.

When they make the Crunchwrap Supreme they barely add any beef to it. And they don't even put the crunchy shell in the middle they put it at the bottom and then it gets soggy and disgusting! This is the second time I've had this happen to me at this location.

I’ve ordered quite a few times. Something is always wrong. My delivery order is missing a pop (checked w/the driver and he only received 1/2) AND I asked for no guacamole cause Im supposed to avoid eating it…you think they could follow the instructions to NOT put it on. I’m sorry but it is not difficult. I’ve worked in fast food before, just take the extra 10 seconds to follow instructions.

I swear to god this location's workers/cashiers are the rudest people I've ever seen in my life. I don't know their names but there are two girls working whenever I go and they are literally so rude. It's disgusting

Really bad Service and communication problems.They took a simple, order and screwed it.Up,
Ordered 2 soft tacos Monday The shells were hard on the top of the taco. The employees said their shells are always hard that how they get from sitting there. I asked for new tacos they refused. Ate 1 and a 1/4 of the 2 tacos. Within a half hour I became violently ill. Projectile vomited, it was so painful. Do not, ever eat here!!!!!

Waited 30 minutes for a simple order. People that came in behind me with similar sized order received food before me consistently. Multiple customers were complaining about times to get food in the lobby. The workers moved with exactly 0 urgency. If you want tacos go to taco tico on Tyler avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

The very smol cute girl at Taco Bell was very sweet. Her name was Fareedha. Her service was exceptional. She was very polite and served the order on time.
