Always tables open and quick service . The young lady that happens to be working each time I've been there has great work ethics . I have been pleasantly surprised by this young woman cuz it is rare it seems these days.Just my take after close to 30 years working in upper management in hospitality sector . At 59 years old it feels like our youth seems entitled at times and lack pride in fast food restaurants .

The location is terrible becuase well its downtown windsor. We had a guy try to argue that we needed to diet haha. The food was amazing for taco bell especially the fries which if you know taco bell fries is surprising. The staff were very polite and handled the rude intruder quickly. All in all a great place for food but you might wanna take it to go.

The food is Taco Bell, so if you've had what you're ordering before then you know what to expect.The service is terrible. There are 1-2 employees working at a time (my first visit one of the 2 was on break or something, because he just sat at a table doing nothing). The hot sauces are behind the counter, which most Taco Bells seem to do now, but you could swear that the employees lose money each time they give them out because of how reluctant they are.I think my 1st visit I got a party pack (10 soft tacos), and asked for 30 sauces (3 per taco). The guy looked at me like I was crazy, and didn't give me that amount. That may seem like a lot, but I bring the order home and add extra cheese and toppings. I had to ask a few times to get the right amount.The second time I got 2 orders, which totalled 8 soft tacos and 2 burritos (so again it was 10 items). Completely different employees. This time I didn't state an exact number, and just asked for lots of fire sauce. My first order (4 tacos) had 5 sauces in the bag. Again for the 2nd order I asked for a lot of fire sauce and got 6 sauces (to use across 6 items). I asked for an extra handful of fire sauce before leaving and was given 3 sauces (how is that a handful?)The customer shouldn't have to ask five times to get the correct amount of requested sauce. If the amount is an issue, then make a rule like "There is a limit of 2 sauce per item. Additional sauces cost extra" or something. I would have gladly paid for the number I requested, but I shouldn't feel embarrassed or like I'm a hassle to receive what I ordered.Honestly if there is another Taco Bell in the area choose it instead. This location has nothing going for it other than being located downtown.

Do Not Feed After Midnight

There's always only two guys working and they take a stupidly long time to make food. They also put barely any meat on the tacos. So that they only taste like the shells. I usually get a quesidilla and it's always mostly Tortilla. Also they never give any sauce.

Take out was on time, the 20oz Baha Blast tastes okay, however; the quesadillas are extremely horrible. You are basically paying $8.50 for NOT a steak quesadilla but mostly the wrap it self. This location being popular, is too cheap even for when the business is thriving. It’s basically scam food, and you would be dumb to go to Taco Bell to this location. Also double check if you get your sauces, I have driven home so many times not having what you requested. Again, cheap af, lol.

Absolute gongshow of a store. Order online and it goes through (they charge my credit card and give me a pick up time). Get to the store and they say they are closed due to not having gas. Can't/won't refund my order, won't take my information to refund. I have to call their customer service #, which isn't open for another 2 days. 20 minute wait to talk to someone in a call center in India, who takes my info and says someone will get in touch with me. They email me later saying they'll refund my money in 5-7 business days. No offer of compensation or anything for me going to the store that was closed, or having to wait 2 days to wait on hold to talk to their call center, or them taking my money for a full week, just a 1 sentence email.Avoid this store like the plague unless you somehow enjoy them taking your money for week and getting nothing in return.

I will not ever order from this taco bell again this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order.if it's not missing items the food is cold or made wrong. I never get the right order I ask for do to they rather talk to other people and don't pay attention to what is being said to them so I have to end up paying more then I should for the right items.

Lousy service server didn't take my order for 5 minutes talking to an employee in the back took my order, middle of my order answered the phone walked around on the phone for a bit I then decided I wanted to get a refund cause I didn't want cold food. I asked him why the other employee in the back couldn't answer the phone he said he was the manager only he could answer the phone, I didn't see a name or manager on his shirt. I kept asking for a refund he said they didn't do that there I asked him to write down his name he said he couldn't give out his name, refused to refund me & gave my food which was warm not hot. He is Indian, tall, strong accent & needs to respect women & be more respectful. He needs to be spoken to or disciplined. Aug 22, 2023 around 8.45 ish at 301 Ouellette, l not happy with the way I was treated. I really hope you do something because he lacks people skills & didn't care how he represented Taco Bell!

I am not sure who manages this location but you need to put some more staff on during the weekday lunch hours!! I work downtown and take my lunch and sometimes I’m up to 20 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and food to be made!! I think the owner is not aware of the meaning of the term fast food!! This needs to be improved upon !!
