Food is exactly what you pay for, everything seems reasonably priced compared to how things are in the current economy. Service is usually great, but I do wanna specifically shoutout the gentlemen who was working the drive thru at 11:30am today (19/11), he took my order VERY efficiently, and got everything I said right away, seemed to put it in the computer immediately as I said it. When I came to the window he gave me a friendly greeting while multitasking getting my drink and tending to the next customer in line. I had to wait all of 30 seconds after pulling up to the window before I had my order in my car and was off to drive away. Ontop of that, the order was exactly correct! He absolutely killed it!!

We went through the drive thru yesterday October 6/2025 shortly after 12 pm , and I just wanna say that the young gentleman that was working the drive-through he was the nicest well spoken employee that we have come across in quite some time, We didn’t get his name, but I’m sure if you look up your schedule you will see who is working drive-through at that time. He is a good one so you might wanna hang onto him and treat him right and he could probably train a lot of the other employees on how to handle a customer. Whoever you are keep doing the great job you’re doing and we hope to see you again!

Servers can't speak proper English. Ordered a cheese quesadilla for the kids and it was spicy. Asked for corn on it, said they don't have corn.

Disgusted...just had the most disgusting tacos you can imagine....wet...stuck to the wrapper and the sour cream looked like seafoam....that's for ruining yet another guilty pleasure

I ordered 2 days ago via drive thru at the Taco Bell at 6707 Tecumseh Rd E., my full order was not there when I got home. It happens, mistakes are made sometimes. But I called that night and couldn't get in touch with a human so i left a voicemail, which was not responded to. I tried again the next day, and again couldn't get a human on the phone, so I left another voicemail. Each voicemail was polite and just explained I was missing part of my order. I guess I paid for my family to eat and only 1 could. No one ever responded to my messages, which is why I'm leaving this review. Mistakes happen, but it's pretty disgusting when they ignore it instead of making it right. I'd avoid the Taco Bell at 6707 Tec. Rd. East if I were you. Unless you feel like paying for your family to eat and only getting enough for one person when you get home, about $6 in food when it came to $45.

All the tables were dirty, like 5 employees standing around and they screwed up my order because the order taker couldn’t understand me and refused to fix their mistake! Horrible customer service!!
