They were so rude to me and when I asked for my receipt they didn’t give it to me and I asked for the bathroom key they said no I need to buy more and I didn’t like that so don’t come here

One of the best taco bell in Windsor. Came last Sunday around 11pm .Ordered a bean burrito with extra beans and red sauce,which was perfectly wrapped in 12 inch tortilla, kind of suprised me

I got the Doritos Box (on discount, really not worth normal price). Online order, picked up through drive-thru. In the order, they did not include the following items that were supposed to be in it: -2x extra Onion, specified on Taco. They gave me 1 and it was on the side. Yes, I paid for 2. -Napkins (literally 0) -Straw, even though I had a fountain drink with ice. -Sauce Packets (specified which I wanted, got 0) At least when I went in after to ask for them, I was helped by someone else rather smoothly. The tacos were very lettuce-heavy as well; barely any meat on them. Not sure if that was a mistake or the usual, as I got more meat in the Taco Bell at Devonshire Mall.

I went through drive thru last night and ordered chalupa supreme combo, one more chalupa supreme and 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito. I paid at the window and took the food home. When I reached home and went through the order, one of the chalupa supreme was missing and also there were no sauces, I mean none. This is very poor service I would say. My wife and I love Taco Bell but if we get service like this we are not returning back over here.

Took my nephew there. He ordered a cheese fry. The guy wrang in fries at over $2, can't remember the price. Then hit another bottom that said loaded steak and cheese at over $3. I stopped him and asked about it. He said that was how he had to ring in cheese fries now since they were no longer on the menu. I told him that was ridiculous, since on a sign right over his shoulder said side nacho cheese $0.99 each. So he corrected what he typed in. The cheese we got was just over half full. It wasn't worth going back up for. But I wasn't impressed. I got 2 hard tacos, and both shells came broken. However, all 3 tacos we ordered were very full. Which was a nice surprise since they are usually only half full.
August 2nd, 2024. We went through the drive thru and ordered quite a bit of food. When we got home to eat..the Gordita crunches (3 of them) were stale! I called and they said we would have to bring it back and get it made fresh, which isn't close and clearly they don'tcare about serving stale taco shells. What a shame. They could have fixed the problem another day with some kind of coupon or something!! What a waste of $45.00 in food into the garbage!! DO BETTER. I'll take this review down if I get a store credit or refund!

Just when I think I just want a quick bite and choose Taco Bell, I have instant regrets. The food was cold and must have been sitting out for quite awhile. There is No Way my order was made fresh in the 15 seconds it took to drive up to the takeout window. I always say never again. I feel sick.
