Can’t believe they charge $4 for that little chocolate milk or juice. I asked the lady why is the child’s size bigger than the regular. Oh we don’t know. This used to be my go to place but the food has really gone down hill. The pancakes look like dry wall mix and I’ve never tasted anything drier in my life. Ah well, they had a good run but there are many other places to eat. Lumberjack was always known for good food at great prices. How the times have changed.
We visited The Lumberjack and we had a great meal! Kids meals were priced reasonably, and our meals were delicious.
When ordering the steak and ribs (yes we had to try the ribs), I was delighted to see fresh cut peppers, Zucini and other veggies hot off the grill!
Atmosphere was amazing, like something straight out of Beauty and the Beast's set of Gastons Pub.
Let me start by saying, holy cow! The wait staff were friendly, cracked some good jokes with the kids presenting them with white crayons to colour on their white coloured menus and then Giving them a cup full of various colours… then presenting them with stickers to keep them happy !
The food!!! I ordered steak and rib, it was presented with fresh cut pepper, mushroom and mashed potatoes. Delicious.
