I recently visited for a birthday dinner and had to follow new dietary restrictions. The waitress kindly suggested I speak with the chef Madlen, who was incredibly accommodating and so thoughtful. She prepared the salmon without oil, butter, or cream and it was still absolutely delicious. Honestly, the best-cooked salmon I’ve ever had. I really appreciated the care and effort to make sure I could enjoy a meal with the birthday girl regardless of my dietary restrictions.

"We can’t say enough good things about Winology! This is my husband and i’s favourite place. The servers are incredible and always make us feel like family. The service is top-notch every time we visit. And we absolutely love the owner Justin as well, as he’s super personable and he always makes sure to greet us! I would honestly recommend this spot to anyone and everyone every time. Best spot in tecumseh!
