Very disappointing experience at the A&W Vaughan location that’s attached to the gas station. There was no one inside and no one in the drive thru, yet they made us pull over into a spot and wait for a ridiculous amount of time. The food tasted absolutely disgusting. The egg was completely undercooked and raw. We both threw out the sandwiches and the coffee tasted so watered down. I used to like a&w but today’s experience really turned us off. $20 down the drain. I won’t be back!

Valdez the Manager was taking order on drive thru, I ordered one veg combo and a burger on a side. He argued and refused to take order and I came there on my break time which he spoiled. Other staff was amazing because I always went there to grab food at my break time but manager need to know how to treat a customer. If anyone knows how could I reach higher authority please share it.

Today I had another amazing dining experience @ AW 4518. I willingly gave a five (5) review for all the required categories. I dined in today during the lunch time. Excellent customer service. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The restaurant was so clean, tidy and well organized. The washroom very clean too. This is my favourite dining out place to go. I am so happy to be there. It is my second time being there and I will definitely continue to go there. Thank you to the entire AW 4518 team.

This shows a lack of care and respect for customers’ dietary needs and religious beliefs. I expect better attention to details when preparing food. Please make sure orders are handled properly so that customers can feel respected and safe eating here.

I asked for a delivery today and all was TOTALLY WRONG, worst service. I asked for a Teen burger with everything except pickles and onions and I got everything I DIDNT ask for. When I was gonna eat my burguesa me it only has the beef pickle and onion which were the ingredients I ask NOT TO HAVE. NEVER ordering in this place again, staff should be more attentive and pay attention carefully. Just lost my money.
