Night staff is so lazy, always waste my 10-15 min just for a burger

They don’t use gloves. And bad service.

The critique is not so much about the restaurant itself but of the method used to pack the order in the bag. Why do they train their staff to put the burgers in the bag on its side rather than flat.
All the toppings slide off and make the burgers messier and not as good as it can be

It's supposed to be fast, on the go.
Took me 20 minutes to get a combo, dry way overdone , even considering their cooking required temperature. Very difficult access place to get out northbound.
Next time, won't stop there.
Sorry to be so negative, but maybe they'll improve something.

I ask for no lattace no tomato and extra onions even they don’t add onions in that they keep talking to petro guys no focus on work.

Great people, service and costumer service. I have been coming to this location for these reasons. The girl in the drive-tho is very nice and kind. Also all the girl staffs are amazing

Lady working today November 27th at 11:49 AM, could use customer service training. Does not understand how to communicate at the drive thru. She is rushing service with no customers behind me in line, not sure what she’s doing but you lost a customer today.

Worst drive through experience ever! While I was in the drivethru I tried to change my drink, and she says, “well I'm already making it.” I changed my drinking within 2 seconds.. how are you already making it? She probably didn’t know how to change it, last I checked the customer is always right and if I’m paying why would I pay for something I don’t want. Girl was beyond stupid so I drive off afraid she was going to spit in my drink! Now she can toss it in the garbage. :)
