A&W Canada

I go to a few different A&W‘s and this one is average. But today I was told to wait at the ordering sign where the intercom was so they could to put fresh onion rings in to cook. I asked her three times for extra seasoning salt. I think she thought I meant none. I live 5 mins down the road. Probably closer to 4. The patties in my teenburger were cold. My daughter‘s baby burger was cold. The fries were cold. The chicken strips had microwave sogginess to them and overall the food is just so disappointing and I’m sick of paying $38.72 for what I ordered and eating trash food.

I had a great experience at A&W thanks to Arjun. He was polite, professional, and very attentive while taking my order. The service was quick, accurate, and delivered with a friendly attitude that really stood out. Arjun made sure everything was perfect and handled customers with care and respect. Excellent customer service, he’s a real asset to the A&W team!

A&W is my favourite food place ever! I go there every day and it’s always tasty fresh and good. The waits are very fast and the service is amazing! Arjun is so nice and friendly and always makes it fresh! Definitely a great fast food place .

Yuck! They use their bare hands to prepare your burger! Hand
made exotic burgers ha ha! Never coming back to an A&W!

Went through drive-through on a cold day. Told them I had a coupon for two combos for $11.99. They asked me what I wanted to drink. I told them 2 orange juice, because I didn’t want coffee. When they told me how much I have to pay at the window I asked if that was with the discount and they said yes pay it, and I’ll see the details on the receipt. Only barely cracking the window, so I can barely hear what they had to say. When I checked the receipt, they charge me for the orange juice and I never got any coffee that doesn’t make any sense… 🤦🏽‍♂️ yes, there was a discount applied, but I was charged for the orange juice which I thought was gonna be included in the combo. When I opened the breakfast sandwich, there was barely bacon in it also.

The night staff (pukhraj , Arjun )at A&W are consistently excellent.

Despite visiting late, the service at the drive-thru was fast, and the staff member taking my order was very friendly and polite. My food was served hot and fresh, exactly as I asked.

It is clear this team is dedicated and works hard to provide great quality, even during the overnight .
