Here was no food safetyI was watching when my food was getting ready. I ordered one new chicken burger and one beyond meat burger. Same tong was used for vegetarian and non- vegetarian food. When i asked one of there employees who was working on food preparation section that do you use the same tong for all the patties. She smiled and said yes when an attitude and i also asked so no food safety and also reply me that there is only one to g for beef, chicken, beyond meat, veggie patties also. This is not good. If a person is allergic of meat then what? There must be a food safety. And a person who doesn’t eat any meat. So we cannot trust them. I think a strong action must be taken.

They keep us waiting forever and then ask us to back up the vehicle to reset their time clock so that they don’t get penalized for not serving within a certain time window and we’ve been here for over six minutes already on the second clock it says 318 and still counting that’s 318

A&w food is fantastic. I wish it wasn't so crazy expensive but I understand why it is. The service at this particular location at the gas station is incredibly slow however. I went in and there was no one at the drive-thru or inside still took about 8 minutes and in that 8 minutes the person that took my order took three drive-through orders and delivered them before I got my food. Atmosphere is a gas station so can't really comment too much about that. There is enough people working there if they can get the timing tightened up on people that walk in this would be pretty good location. I do wish they had a way to lower their prices a bit though while the food and quality is fantastic the price is usually the reason I pass over A&w and really only ever go when they have a burger on special
