Food was awesome! Service could have been better (bit delayed and our server wasn’t too friendly. The cook was more friendly). However the soup was awesome and the chicken karaage was so tender and crispy. You have to check it out! Sooo delicious!

Came here for my birthday and it's a great place to visit with friends. The food was flavourful and there were many choices of ramen and side dishes. There was a hair in our fried rice but when reported, they provided us with a different dish catered to our liking. Great service.

Very busy location but service is fast and the Ramen is fantastic. The pork broth is the best broth I've ever had. We drive 45 minutes just to eat there.

Ajisen is no stranger to the ramen scene. Today is the first time visiting in 10 years I wasn't a fan then and still not a fan now. I went for the half off special on the Original Pork ($15.99). There was no limit on how many bowls you could order so I did an extra one with Spicy Miso taré. Here's my honest review.Noodles - salty and had a brittle firmness to them. Ramen should have a firm yet springy texture which Ajisen lacked. Ramen should be a balance between salt, potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate to have the perfect texture, otherwise you're left unsatisfied. I would suggest to create a more chewy noodle and adding natural yellow pigment for more appeal.Broth - couldn't taste the pork flavor as the broth was heavily seasoned with other ingredients, salt, msg. It wasn't bad but wasn't good either. Very rich in viscosity but also very generic tasting.Pork and egg - very disappointing as bowl comes with 2-3 thinly sliced pork belly and only half an egg. The half egg was hard boiled and overcooked. At $16 a bowl, consumers want more protein.Spicy Miso Taré - a nice add on giving a more complex flavor and the spice made it more enjoyable.By definition, Ramen should have a chewy and springy texture to the noodles, providing a satisfying bite. The broth should be rich, flavorful, and aromatic, with each ingredient contributing to a balanced and harmonious tasting experience. The toppings should compliment the broth and noodles, adding layers of flavor and texture. Overall, the experience should be comforting and deeply satisfying.Today's experience showed a lack of attention to authenticity, a disregard of precision and poor execution of a dish that should be held at the highest standard.Service was relatively friendly and seating was ample. Nice modern design with bright lighting. Clean. Hip hop & RB music in the background that didn't fit the mood. I appreciate the promotion but Ajisen is not for me

I had the worst food poisoning from my original pork ramen. Something tasted off, in particularly the pork. I ate 3/4 of it still thinking I was wrong. Nope I was wrong! Would never return.Service and staff were nice but the food is major thumbs down.

My son and I always come to this location. We always order their Agedashi Tofu every time we eat here. Today, unfortunately, will be the last time we go to any of their locations. We were at the restaurant around 2:40 PM. Everything started well until the Agedashi Tofu arrived, first, there was hardly any sauce on my tofu and when I tasted what little sauce was there, it did not taste the same as it always did. I called one of the servers, unknown to me she was also the manager, I explained to her there was no sauce on my order and also the taste was different. She was very defensive and stated no one had advised her that they were changing anything on the way they make their dishes. I understand that, but should you not at least hear your customer? Before we were even done speaking, she turned her back on me and started walking away. It seems that she was more upset than me when I voiced my complaint and said there was nothing, she could do but can get me more sauce if I wanted. I'm not looking for a free meal, as I said we've been here several times and even ordered takeout of just the Tofu as it was so good. The way the manager spoke to me and handled the situation was more upsetting to me than the bad quality of the food served to us today. I paid for our full meal, hardly touching my tofu, and left the restaurant and told the manager we were not returning here, and she could expect this bad review. What a waste of money and afternoon!
