I’ve been regularly attending Aroma for the pasts several weeks. I’ll order breakfast and then tackle some admin work. A normal activity for most cafes.
Today, after I finished eating the breakfast I paid for and was chatting with my colleagues. A staff member aggressively approached me (the only woman at the table). He stated tables were for paying customers and to come after 3pm. The issue is, I’ve been a regular paying customer for weeks. After heated dialogue he apologized to my male colleagues. My colleagues then told him to apologize to me.
We will not be returning as this experience has shown both a lack of customer service as well as potential sexism.

There was a staple/sharp metal object in my food. See pictures. Second serious health hazard issue with this location. Extremely upsetting. My mouth is cut open and bleeding, thank god I didn’t swallow this. Something needs to change at this location. I love the halloumi salad but I can’t order from aroma anything with these health safety concerns.

I never knew Aroma had sandwich options with no meat. I’m glad I tried one. This is portobello mushroom sandwich and I enjoyed every bit of it. It’s surely great for coffees, but food options are good too. And obviously 10/10 for the chocolates on the side 😋

Super loud music playing like a club not a cafe. Not relaxing experience. Loud sounds from coffee machine, banging from kitchen
My first time visiting Aroma Espresso Bar and I was very surprised. I didn’t realize how good this place is. The food, vibes, service was all above amazing! Highly recommended!

This is my favorite coffee shop. Great people and great atmosphere. Khalifa is the best barista in the world.... however he could pick up the pace just a bit :)

My breakfast came cold told the cashier she shrugged it and said it just came out of the grill. Totally not satisfied ask a couple of ladies the same question if their breakfast was warm. The said no but didn’t want to complain
