Sharing my Wonderful Experience âŚ..of who I thought were the owners kids; but were actually Loyal, Smart, and Entrepreneurial Employees in their actions and thought process !! I was running late for a meeting at 6:00pm âŚ. Did not yet have lunch and thought to run into Aroma to grab a delicious sandwich and one of there wonderful coffeeâs. Instead I was late and it was shortly after 6:00 and they were closing down đŤ¤. As I rushed in they said âsorry we have closed downâ That means machines are cleaned and kitchen is shut down! I said âHumm to bad I havenât even had lunch !â
I was ready to leave, when both Arjun and Ayushi (two Warm Kind Hearted Spirts) said âwe can help you if you order a cold coffee/Drink (and they proceeded to show me a menu) and any of the pastries in the cabinetâ I was so happy to see how they went out of their way to assist me âŚ. Where they could have easily taken a quick easy way out and just lock up. I kept thanking them but Arjun said no problem but please just give us a good rating on Google !
Their actions made me think they were part of ownershipâŚ.. so I asked if they were the owners or related, as they were concerned about the companies wellbeing. They said no just employees. I was shocked and said I have not seen any employee with such commitment and dedication to a company!
This is location with not only Fabulous Food & Beverages, but Truly Caring Sevice Individuals âŚ.. ready to make your visit a Beautiful Experience! đđŚ

I ordered delivery and the Uber eats driver forgot part of my order . They sent someone immediately to bring the missing part of my order . That's so kind of them and 5 star service is what they deserve . Thank you so much, I really love this aroma location sooo much â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Popped in for a coffee and a snack. It was a busy sunday with lots of brunch guests. We ordered and got lucky to find a table. The gentleman working was so kind to clear a table and get us situated. I enjoyed a matcha latte and a pistachio carrot cake. Lovely experience and fantastic service!

Food was amazing as always but they took pretty long to give my food. The service was okay, the guy at the cashier ignore us and serve a customer that came after us even though we were waiting their first. One of the people that work there did come to our table to give us our food since they took very long which I appreciate it!!

Aroma has inventive and fun foods, with quality ingredients. Their food is delicious, but their customer service is unmatched.
A couple items were accidentally left out of an uber eats order and their employee delivered it themselves! Talk about outstanding service!

I love coming in here. Friendly staff and great menu, also conveniently located in a plaza with lots of parking available. The only reason for my 4 star review is that the music here is very loud. Iâd love to come in here and work during the day but itâs challenging due to the loud music.

Great spot to meet friends for a coffee. Coffee is superb. Staff behind counter is friendly and knowledgeable. Small so seating is limited but if you can find seating it is not noisy so you can hear each other. Great meeting spot!
