Nice location, quick service. Food was fresh and tasty. Egg sandwich was a bit dry. Cheese bureka is delicious, but they only bake one at a time, so you have to be lucky. Drinks properly made. Bathrooms was dirty. Plenty of tables and free parking on site.

The first time I visited this location, I placed my order and waited 15 minutes before asking if it was ready, only to find out that my payment had not gone through . The employee at the till failed to notify me until I ask them myself.The second time I visited this location, I ordered the mediterranean pasta salad as takeout, and was instead served the mediterranean spiced chicken bowl.Maybe I'm incredibly unlucky but I do feel that the service at this location could use vast improvement.

**I will be updating this review once I try this locations food.I went in early around 9:15am.. it wasn't busy . The location is big and visually attractive! Love the signature reds! Comfortable seating!I ordered a large Cappuccino, and it was delicious and made in less than 3 mins. The girl at the counter is kind and friendly. This place is definitely family owned.One issue for me is customer service - when I walked in; I said Good morning,and no one replied, "No one acknowledged that I was there." Good customer service can greatly change a person's review and reputation of a business.I will be going back to try the food.

I was highly disappointed and shocked at the sandwich I ordered and paid $10 for!!!! How are two lame slices of frozen cold cuts and a piece of lettuce between 1 slice of white bread cut in half worth that spend? I think the management should seriously consider finding ways to add value to their menus if these are the prices they want to charge.
