Manager was incredible Bardia Bafti... customer service is the best I have seen in a long time Food was ok....Ribs were good, chicken tender platter came out cold, salad was misleading... said it was Asian slaw but it was 99% mixed greens Table behind us has 3 girls who ran around all night, back and forth and back and forth, under the table Etc and all the mother did was yell at them.... Restaurant is big enough there should be a designated section for families with children. This is not a fast food restaurant

Service was exceptional I believe your server's name was Asfrat. He was friendly professional and accommodating. He genuinely look after us from extra cutlery to asking us if everything was good. The food was delicious as usual we tried the crab cakes new to the menu and they were very good. The Espresso Martini Pie also new very good not too sweet. Over a very pleasant evening not feeling rush out like some restaurant on busy nights

Just came to Baton Rouge in Vaughan. It's been awhile since the one in Mississauga and by the SkyDome closed. I live in Mississauga but it was worth the drive. As I remembered, great food and really nice atmosphere. Our Waiter Kyle deserves more than 5 stars. Great guy, friendly, funny, great with kids and his service was on point. Kyle is an old school waiter that checks up on you and makes sure you have everything you need. I strongly recommend this Baton Rouge and make sure you ask to sit in Kyle's section!

I’ve loved this restaurant chain for many years. I was thrilled to take my children here for the first time. We were quickly seated had a pleasant exchange with our waiter, even told him this was a special meal for us. I was excited for my children to experience this restaurant. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. Never saw our waiter again, one waitress did come by and I asked for water! After our meal before being asked for desert the children both need to go to restroom. We came back to find our table being cleared away. After 5 mins I had to ask a staff person to give me the bill. By far the worst service I’ve received anyway! Don’t worry I didn’t leave a tip.

Empty on s Saturday night! Nobody cares to serve you anything, too busy talking to each other and the guys at the bar. Most of our orders incorrect and sent back.
SERVICE WAS SO BAD.
Stay home or eat elsewhere.

Kyle was great! He made our night. The food was perfect. Net York Striploin is one of the best steaks I've ever had. Will come again.

A table on the patio was requested in the booking, however, when I got there first I was directed to indoor dining table.

Food was really delicious. Little bit pricey but it was worth it. Server ( Luba) was extremely professional and helped with our decisions on food . I would definitely come back

Steak was a little overcooked but good overall was great. Got a bug bite from sitting in the patio but there was a nice breeze that day

Haven't been to Baton Rouge in years and decided to go for dinner. We really enjoyed everything, the service was impeccable. The food was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Did not get one of our appetizers ordered sparking water got still however we were told to keep the still when we pointed it out
