I usually don’t give reviews, but Khushi's amazing service truly made me want to. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and gave us genuine, thoughtful suggestions. She helped each of us in our group pick the perfect flavour with so much patience and warmth. Her friendly attitude added so much joy to our visit. We all left not just loving the ice cream, but also appreciating how wonderfully we were treated. Thank you, Khushi for making our experience so special — you’re a star!

I was visiting at baskin robbins on Thursday evening and I got very good service. I ordered hot brownie sundae and the employee explained everything about sundae. The sundae was amazing. We enjoyed alot there. Also all staff was very helpful and very kindly. I appreciate that.

Whoever was working on Thursday, August 1, 2024 are some of the worst employees I have ever seen. They decided to close early and had rude gestures towards me that they were closed and to not enter. They locked the doors 10 minutes before 10pm and I spoke with 3 other customers who were also planning on getting ice cream. Worst baskin robbins i’ve ever seen.

Just visited this store today with my families consisting of 10 people (consisting of toddlers and Seniors) and had the worst customer services I’ve experienced. The first 5-10 minutes we asked for about 5-6 samples so that we can confirm our orders of 8. The associates that helped us were very rude and impatient often asking if we can order yet while we were on our 3rd sample asked. With so many options and so many members to order for it isn’t that easy. At once point she rudely asked CAN we order yet but we ignored her and asked for another 2-3 samples making a total of 6 samples asked. When we finally made our orders of 7 ( 15 minutes later) even though my family members and I spoke among ourselves that we should order 8. We got charged 8 orders instead of 7 by the serving associate. When asking for a refund for the overcharged the associate that served said it was our fault that SHE charged us 8 orders because she overheard our conversation? This makes ZERO sense, why would you charge us based on what you overheard your customer’s conversation and not what you actually provided the customer? How is it the customer’s fault if the server entered the charge based on what he/she heard (ears drop) instead of what the ACTUAL order? She did ended up refunding the overcharge amount but as she was processing the refund she kept “sighing” and rudely mumble something in her native language. To the store owner please review your cameras if you needed proof of the incident. This will be our last time visiting this location.

Ice cream was good but server was very rude. If customer does not know he will ask for something or he would like more stuff. For that server doesn’t have to give any rude answer. You guys are for selling an ice cream so be patient and polite with customer otherwise they will not come back to your store. You guys are decreasing brand value. I hope this will give you a good lesson. Don’t take offensive but learn from it.
