I recently ordered a custom ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Deep, the cake decorator. The cake turned out so beautiful—I gave a rough idea of what I wanted, and Deep brought it to life perfectly. The design was super clean, colorful, and just what I was hoping for.
Everyone at the party loved it and kept asking where it was from! And of course, it tasted just as amazing as it looked. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This is some of the best serviced I’ve received. I’m a person that’s very big on customer service and very particular when it comes to how I am treated based off of greetings and conversation. Typically when I go to anywhere else, they barely say hello to you. But this Baskin-Robbins really changed my perspective on customer service. 5 starts all round.

Amazing Cakes and customization. They really take the time to know what you want and help you get that. Def recommend for everything. They also have cakes for 30-40 people in all icecream so thats amazing for huge parties in our fav flavour for Jamoca Almond Fudge!

I got there at 9:50pm to buy a pre packaged take home sundae. The website says it closes at 10pm so when I went to open the door I was really shocked to find the store CLOSED early then closing time. If you decided to close before 10pm maybe you should look into changing your hours online. Thanks for nothing?
