Baskin-Robbins is always a great place to stop for a treat! The ice cream is fresh and delicious with so many flavors to choose from. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the shop is always clean. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality ice cream and a sweet experience!

Worst experience ever at Baskin-Robbins.
I’ve visited many other Baskin-Robbins locations, and their staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this location was completely different. The employee here — whose name, according to his co-worker, is Fil — was extremely rude.
For nearly $7, the scoop I received was the smallest I’ve ever seen. When I asked if this was the usual serving size, he just mumbled something instead of giving me a proper answer. He did add a little more, but as you can see in the picture, this is still what I ended up with for one scoop.
Afterward, I checked the reviews for this location and found multiple complaints about the same staff member’s rude behaviour. Baskin-Robbins ice cream is great, but this kind of service really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I’ve also attached a few screenshots of the other reviews I found.

tried the new beach day ice cream and it is literally delicious, would def get it again!
The customer service at this location needs significant improvement. Employees often appear rushed, impatient, and at times impolite. It would be beneficial for management to provide proper training and guidance before assigning staff to frontline roles.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Baskin Robbins. The person who served us seemed uninterested, which set a bad tone for the experience. The warm brownie sundae, which my friend and I always order when we visit, was not as expected. The brownie wasn’t warm at all, the ice cream was too frozen, and we could taste the stale almonds and mango ice cream. It just wasn’t the quality we’ve come to enjoy. Definitely a letdown this time.
